One of the factors that most challenges a child’s faith in public schools is evolution. Sometimes my son asks: What exactly is wrong with evolution? Besides saying that it doesn’t conform to the Bible, I find it difficult to explain systematically, and naturally, I don’t have much persuasiveness. Since attending a lecture by Pastor Li, we have seen the fallacy of evolution from a logical and observational perspective, deepening our understanding of God’s creation of “each after its own kind”. In addition, the young earth theory is often used by some seekers to challenge our faith, and Pastor Li’s lecture also analyzed the errors in the young earth theory, showing us once again that God’s word and God’s creation are not contradictory. However, what has benefited me the most is the concept of “God’s three books” and rational thinking, not blindly trusting so-called experts and various ideologies. This has greatly helped me in understanding and explaining God’s truth. Pastor Li’s “Christian Rational Thinking” and gospel dialogues on Clubhouse have also broadened my horizons and given me more experience.

I participated in Pastor Li’s seminar “Western, Eastern, and Heavenly Perspectives” this year and benefited greatly. I am very grateful for God’s rich preparation.

First of all, I am thankful that Pastor Li has created such a platform without pressure or judgment, which has inspired everyone to seriously consider God’s word, encouraged brothers and sisters to ask questions and explore together. Most pastors in ordinary churches are not as available. I am very grateful that Pastor Li, as a spiritual elder, often answers our questions and clears up our doubts.

Secondly, I personally agree with Pastor Li’s concept of equipping believers. Although I have been a believer for more than ten years, I admit that before the epidemic, I did not have a particular pursuit of God’s word. I am very grateful that God has raised many of His servants through this epidemic, who selflessly dedicate themselves to using online tools to nurture disciples. It can be said to be a great spiritual revival. I hope that Pastor Li’s platform can continue to receive support, prepare believers according to God’s will for the Lord’s second coming, not be confused Christians, and lay a solid foundation for the inheritance of faith.

Thirdly, Pastor Li talked about the “Reconcile Bible Study” and establishing a personal relationship with God, which is also often overlooked by many Chinese churches. Personally, I hope to deepen my understanding of this RBS method of Bible study through Pastor Li’s leadership in the days to come.
